This bag is from 1996 . It’s a single strap but I can wear on the shoulder or as a cross body. It’s the XL jumbo single flap. The leather and hardware are both so shiny. I don’t use it as much as I should but I love it.

My new addition to my addiction Fall Winter 1995 Runway Burgundy Jersey Zip quilted bag with bijoux chain i hunted this bag for a while and found it am super happy. I have a fondness for the 1995 collections of chanel fall and spring i feel those were the last whimsical collections of chanel from the 90s as a farewell to that fabulous lively era. After 96 97 the chanel aesthetic started to become more serious. I have the same shoes the super models are wearing from fall 95 i got two years ago preloved. I hope to find me jacket from 95A to complete the look of that year i am huge lover and collector of vintage chanel. Please excuse my terrible at home outfit i was too exited to take my time and get a fancy look.

My vintage collection, mostly purchased from Japan. The Chanel mini was my 1st ever vintage Chanel bag purchased more than 10 years ago for $200 only I think! Will pass these on to my daughter when she grows up

Vintage Chanel is a terrible addiction. I bought another two beauties in the past month!

A small caviar skin bucket bag with a short hand carry strap. A medium Diana in black lambskin.

Slowing down my purchases now as vintage prices are getting expensive!

Thought I’d share my extra mini flap in black lambskin. First Chanel I ever bought years ago. I thought it was actually a bigger vintage Mini I was ordering and when it came, I discovered it’s what they now call the “extra” mini. Thought about selling it over the years, but glad I’ve hung on to it. The quality is just so good and I love the gold CCs, vintage dust bag, etc. Also makes me laugh because the small Chanel card holders on chain are really in right now and that’s basically what this is with the size of iPhones now...but got this at a vintage cost years ago. I found this same purse on Fashionphile for around $3k, but not in the best shape. Now wanting to explore getting one of the vintage CC XLs. Loving vintage Chanel lately!

Love vintage chanel. Sharing my two vintage medium tall flaps, one in chevron and the other in the classic quilt both from 1992/1993. I have another square mini flap and some other SLGs. I got all of them over 6-8 years ago and boy are they really pricey now! The prices for vintage Chanel now are crazy! And yes i love black bags. Hehe
