Yes, I love EBAY as a buyer right now, but as a seller it's awful, I'm so paranoid and I've had 3 negative experiences in the last 2 weeks.
I just started selling things on EBay recently... I've only sold a few new things that I just never ended up wearing (the infamous 5 pounds never seemed to come off)... And I haven't got any feedback as of yet... I have all positive feedback as a Buyer... And I've only given positive feedback... Why do they leave negative feedback? Kinda scary...

I don't think I have ever left a seller negative feedback, in over 600 transactions as a buyer and seller I've had maybe 2 bad experiences and I got my money back both times, both items were around $20. I think buyers expect too much, this is EBAY not a retail store, if I get something and it was accurately described but not exactly what I was expecting I don't complain and ask for a refund, I resell it.
I think when you buy and sell you have a much better perspective.
Now there are some SELLERS who are scammers and those people usually try to scam on high end luxury items. I personally have a limit of how much I will "risk" on EBAY, I have never paid more than $250 for anything. So far so good, but the new policies are really unfair to honest sellers. I used to make quite a bit of disposable income on EBAY but I'm taking a break, after 4 years it's no longer fun or worth the hassle.
