Thank you for the good health wishes!! These are great lil bags when you don't want a tote or larger bag.

I am glad to see a pic with the strap doubled!! Was it a tight fit! I just purchase the olive with the grommets.....SA had to shorten strap for me to the last inside hole, if that makes sense. Saw web pics and it looks like it may can be doubled, but that buckle is awful small.....

I have it doubled on the second hole. It wasn't to hard, at first it is a bit confusing. But there is a card that pictures how to double the strap. Good luck

I have a question about all these Duffles with the convertible strap. When you have the strap doubled to wear as a shoulder strap, do you prefer to wear the bag so that the ends of the straps face forward? Or does the folded side of the strap face forward?

I tried to double my straps and it was going great until I was to thread the last strap thru the buckle......the grommet was thicker not allowing it to go thru....if that makes sense! Love her as a shoulder/crossbody too, so she is staying!!!

I haven't tried mine as a crossbody yet. But the SA's can also show you how to double the strap if you happen to drop in.
