I purchased the blue pale Picton 18 with GHW from our local store mid August as my first bag from the boutique a week after asking a SA that is newly assigned to me. I'm sure it isn't a quota bag, but in our city, one only allows 3 Fem bags a year. I don't have much purchase history other than a clic bracelet prior to that day and got a 24mm belt and a twilly on the same day picking up the Picotin. But in the same week, I also purchased a 2424 size 29 online which would count as one of the Fem bag this year, so I only have one more left according to my SA.
