I agree - I’m 5’2 as well and the medium boy is too clunky worn as a crossbody. I love my small boy (picture in previous post!) but it doesn’t hold a lot so it depends on how much you carry.

I was at the store the other day and an SA showed me a way I never thought of in spite of having used a medium boy for almost a year now. She put the leather portion of the strap UNDER the bag. This shortens it substantially, but leaves it longer than doubled up, shorter than crossbody!!! My mind was blown with this I feel like the boy bag can sit well on anyone

As in she placed the leather portion of the strap under the bottom of the bag? Will that crease the bottom of the bag in the long run?
