Not at all. :smile: It is Eileen Fisher (I purchased at Nordstrom). I love their skirts because the quality is good, I can wash them on the cold setting in the washing machine and lay them flat to dry and they are very comfy for work, play and travel. One thing if you haven't tried this brand, they run large, so I always go down a full size. :heart:
