I don't use the strap on the Satchel as it is too long for shoulder wear. It would work for cross body wear. The non adjustable strap on the Tote is the perfect length for the shoulder.

I have an awesome Lim charm I'll post a pic of shortly.

I've been crushing on the Ryder satchel lately. Especially that some are on sale at barneyswarehouse. Thanks for posting this! Pretty charm too!

Btw, how's the leather on these bags? Craftsmanship? Thanks!

I just bought the Ryder bag in Olive green and I agree it's gorgeous leather! It's also fairly lightweight. I love the versatility of it as well. There's not too much "going on" makes me want to buy a bag charm for it [emoji1]

Ooh, I can't find enough real life photos of this one! I'm eyeing it in dark olive.
Do you have any photos of the front of the bag that you don't mind sharing?

Great bags! What do you think of the blue tote? I think I'd like the 2 handle option better.

Squee!!!!! Addy, tell me more! I am dying to buy the Ryder bag from Barneys. Does the bag slouch or does it have a bit of structure? I am trying to determine if it holds its shape once you add stuff into it. I have a preference for structured bags. Is your bag the regular or small? How is the strap? Does it support a full bag or does it look like it can break? How is the top handle? Can you fit it on your forearm or is it just enough space to hand hold? Do you find the bag roomy? Do you find the single pocket (internal pocket) a nuisance or does it function well? What about the back pocket, does it have a magnetic closure? Sorry for all the questions, I am in Toronto, Canada and I have never had the pleasure of looking at the bag in person so I want to make sure I am 100% certain before I buy. It does look so beautiful though!

It fits my laptop with lots of room to spare. Handles are long enough to carry on elbow too. It is a very discreet bag, plain with no real identifiers. If you like snazzy, this bag is not going to do it.

Thank you, this helps. I love great leather and leather smell and this blue looks so lovely! BV and classic Bals are my style, so the understated appearance is great for me. I appreciate your input.
