Hi! Here are my thoughts...
I like to match a necklace and earrings, especially as we are talking VCA as their collections are all about matching pieces and adding pieces from the same collection. I think matching earrings and necklace adds a nice elegant polish to any outfit, especially a casual outfit like a striped top & shorts which is my summertime outfit these days. Since you are adding a necklace, for me, I would not get the cherry blossom earrings.
To go with your ring and Clover bangle, I would do these sets:
- RG Frivole pave pendant and RG Frivole Small pave earrings
- RG VA pave earrings and RG VA 10 motif pave necklace or RG VA pave pendant (I agree with you RG hammered Alhambra is probably not the best choice especially if it's so close to your skin tone).
- If you are into SO, I think RG MOP earrings and necklace would be beautifui.
On necklace vs. pendant since you are thinking either, I prefer a necklace (e.g. 10 motif, 20 motif) over a pendant. I think necklaces make more of a statement. Pendants are a bit dainty and kind of fade into the background if that makes sense, which is why people often feel they want to stack pendants, to make it pop. A necklace pops by itself.
I think the Perlee is okay, but it's not my favorite as I think the design is very plain. I've tried it, and to me, it's just a big diamond dot, no artistic design. It reminds me of mall jewelry, you know, that "get a big diamond look with a bunch of tiny pave diamonds" you see in mall diamond jewelry (no offense to mall jewelry, but we are in the VCA forum here). If it were a pave design like Frivole, Lotus, Butterfly that's differerent. That's just me of course.
On solitaire... I think if you are used to wearing 10 motifs and 20 motifs, you will find a solitaire too dainty, and it will definitely just disappear.. Unless dainty is what you want.
Here is a new thought, and this is what I would do which is why I'm bringing this up, so don't get mad at me for suggesting this.

I do want to share this view with you....
It seems you are buying a lot of RG just to match a ring.
Rose gold is a trend today. YG and WG/platinum are more enduring in the scope of metal choice for jewelry.
If you love RG and are trying to build up a collection, that makes sense to buy all this RG jewelry.
If you don't really love love love RG but just love this ring, I would reset the ring to WG. I would do this in a heartbeat. Your setting is simple, they can reuse the diamonds and just remake it in WG. Super simple to do.
Also, I think padparadscha sapphires look amazing against white gold as it really makes the pink orange stand out. Google "padparadscha sapphire ring" to see what I am talking about. Your pad sapphire is a light peachy salmon, and I personally thinks the RG competes with the tone of your pad sapphire and takes away from its beauty. Unless of course, your preference is to have the RG blend with your pad sapphire.
You also mentioned RG blends with your skin. If that is the case, I would not build up a RG collection. Add to this RG is a current trend, you may regret all the investment in RG.
So, for me, I would reset the ring to WG, and I would get the Clover bangle in WG. It will then match your other VCA bling. The WG Clover bangle would be gorgeous with your WG VA 10 and 20.
If however, you love RG and are planning to build up a RG collection (not just because you have one ring), then my first choice for earrings and necklace would be the Frivole RG pave set. That set alone is stunning and with a ring, you will just be screaming glamour, casual glamour as the flower motif is very casual and fun. It will also be a nice match with your clover as the clover is heavy on the metal side, but the pave on the Frivole will be a nice balance.
This would also be stunning in WG too! WG and pave diamonds look so blingy!
Whew... that was a long winded answer (sorry about that). I hope it was helpful as you make your decision.
