I have the one with the grey face. I love it because grey is so different. Have not had issues with reading the time at all. But between black and white? Black, for sure. I think it really sets off the sparkle around the watch's face!

I think the blue is a nice break from black (and is more unusual). The diamonds against the blue are like stars in the night sky...
