Oh.... This will be a no-go for me then if the posts are this thick. Thank you so much for posting. Here are some comparison pics and post measurements with calipers:

Yes I could certainly feel the posts while wearing in the boutique. Hard to tell if it would become uncomfortable after some wear time as I do not have any earrings with posts close to 1 mm like these. I don't have callipers either - my SA whipped them out and measured both earrings for me. If I purchase the pink sapphire they would be SO. My SA is going to ask if PB will make them with thinner posts since they are SO anyway. I will let you know what I find out.Oh.... This will be a no-go for me then if the posts are this thick. I don't have callipers but I have 1 set of earrings that have posts close to 1 mm and I cannot wear them. They are the ones on the right below. I only realised when I went to put them on before. They were really uncomfortable (only worn once before).
I put them side by side with my other earrings which are comfortable and they looked the same till I zoomed in.
It looks like these earrings are a no-go for me if the posts can't be changed. I'll be sure to ask when I go and try.

Curious if you have heard back about this. My SA contacted PB but says no one has given her a "straight answer" yet.In my experience, I'm still in discomfort hours after taking them off. And I only wore mine for a few minutes before.
I've logged a query with a local authorised dealer to see if the posts can be changed out. I'm already not keen on the idea that I need to go through an AD to make modifications.
Ah I forgot to report back. Yes it can be done, but needs to be sent to Italy and can take months. I don't feel I will get the earrings.Curious if you have heard back about this. My SA contacted PB but says no one has given her a "straight answer" yet.
Ah I see. Yes I was at Birks and so also cannot deal directly with PB. I think I would want the posts shortened as well so it may be too much hassle as I still do not even have an answer about post thickness. Undecided and may circle back to my original plan of the pavé Frivole earrings. Did you try the necklace on? I was told the flower flips around a lot as a pendant but I suppose this may depend on the person / bone structure.Ah I forgot to report back. I am patient but I am already dealing with a dealer (as opposed to Pasquale Bruni direct) with no direct line. If it was VCA, Cartier or say Tiffany, it would be OK. I'm not confident with service.
However I am still considering the necklace.
From your pics last posted (if I remember correctly), you had to deal with a dealer too yea?
Well, these are great prices. Thank you for posting. Can I ask how you found the sale section on the website? If anyone has it on their wishlist - there's a pretty big sale on some of their pieces at JR Dunn

Haha I was just searching to add a Segreti ring to my collection and found it on the site. I don't think they actively promote sales on their site.Well, these are great prices. Thank you for posting. Can I ask how you found the sale section on the website?
I ended up getting a Messika piece awhile back on discount and like to check their site periodically.Try using Steve20 . If that doesn’t work, try LATENIGHT . Let me know if either of them works.

It's only taken me 9 months to go try these on since I posted this thread! Sadly I did not feel they had the same effect. I must have large lobes, but my friends whom I showed my pic too loved the earrings on me.Here are a few photos I found on my phone
Very late response here but I just posted above. The posts were thicker as you said but they were not as thick as I thought. They were still comfortable on me.Let me know what you think about the posts. And please take pictures, especially if they have the pink sapphire![]()
I found them so pretty but their official answer was that they would not custom create with thinner posts. Their reason was for structural integrity. I had to pass as the thickness was super noticeable for me.Very late response here but I just posted above. The posts were thicker as you said but they were not as thick as I thought. Unfortunately they didn't have any sapphire pieces but I did look at the rose gold which had champagne and white diamonds. Really lovely pieces.
Disclaimer, I'm not sure if they are officially named small and large sizes.
