I have a little hunch (nothing official mind you!) that Paris summer 08 sales will begin on Wednesday (always a Wednesday summer & winter sales) June 25th. I did a little research on the web and this was the date touted as it!

Hermes sales typically run the first week of the sales and at a locale independent of their boutiques to avoid the bun fights spoiling the ambience of George V and FSH! And if I remember correctly, last time Hermes held their sale at Le Palais de Congres de Paris 17 eme. Maybe they'll go there again.

I totally agree! :yes: I will definetly try to make it to the sales this year. I don't know if I'll get anything, does anyone know if there's usually a lot of RTW on sale? I may pick up one of those suede leather hoodies.. :graucho:

Maybe we should try to make a tPF H assaul.. uh I mean sales meeting?

Hello I am french, the sale in paris this year are: Paris : from 25/06 to 02/08.
Hope you will enjoy.
Hint: The first day there is a queue in front of the luxury houses (chanel, Dior, Hermes...) Be there early!!

Now i am living in the UK, by any chance do you know the sales date in London for this Summer??

Sales aren't given specific dates in the UK but places like Harrods and Harvey Nichols usually start around 9th July

I should say that the UK sales are nothing like Paris! No bags at all, small leather goods and silk scarves very rarely, lots of china, shoes and rtw last time.
