My October purchases! Technically
purchased in September but just arrived this week
Couldn’t help but buy when these both popped online at the same time - meant to be!

I did panic buy pre price increase the pochette coussin in camel but sadly sent back as it just wasn’t for me.

The agenda refill looks so cool! May I ask how the quality of the paper is? I got mine from Cloth&Paper last year and the paper quality is excellent (I can write with thick rollerballs and there is no bleeding). I'd love to get the LV refills this year but am not sure of the thickness of the paper...

I use Cloth and Paper inserts too and I love them, just perfect for me and the paper is super good quality. I love supporting a small black-owned, woman-owned business too!

I've had LV inserts in the past and couldn't stand the thin paper. They are not a stationery company, so I don't bother buying paper products from LV.

Here are some photos… the paper’s a bit thin and you can definitely see there’s writing on the back… doesn’t bother me though.

I was excited when I picked up what would have been my second October reveal, but I have to say I’m disappointed The color is beautiful, but the embossing is barely there. Wonder if I just got a bad piece, or if they’re made with less-deep embossing because they’re thinner?

Mine looks exactly like yours. Very light embossing. I actually like the lightness and subtleness so I’m keeping mine.

Such a gorgeous color and the shimmer is TDF! It's like the color of magic and it's MIF and I was really REALLY hoping the web site was correct and that it was cowhide and not calf leather. I will be sending this beauty back though (I just can't do calf leather - it's a personal thing, no judgment). I'm telling myself the impression isn't strong enough, although truth be told, I have no idea how deep the impressions should be. I'm happy at least to have scored the DA key pouch recently. Here's a comparison pic of the two for those who were curious.

I was planning to use it like a twilly but it may not be the best way to show off the design of this bandeau. It's more masculine that usual but I still don't see how I can incorporate it into my wardrobe. Lol.

I picked up my final item from the Christmas animation yesterday which was the bandana which had all 4 prints on them which I got through client services. It’s super cute and I didn’t realise it was made of cotton hence the lower price point. I had a brief look in store and it was all good but only when I came home I spotted a tiny flaw which was a small thread in brown that came off but unless you really focus on it it’s not too visible and I will let it go..with use perhaps it may happen anyway. I plan to use it as a bandeau let’s see how it will turn out..
