I went to a store the other day but the CA told me they never have it in rose ballerine, only brown. I’m like, huh? You mean the store has no stock or it has never come out in such a print? She even said it with such conviction that “ZCP in DE has never came out in RB. Only brown.” At that moment I knew I cannot have her earn any commission. She isn’t knowledgeable in her products at all. In the end, she found it because I asked her, are you sure? She even had the cheek to ask me where I saw it. I told her online on LV website. She seemed determined to proof me wrong. She found one in the end. I looked, thanked her and left.
I went back home, went online to buy one.

I dont like useless Sales Associates either. Congrats on getting what you wanted! I would much prefer to purchase online or through Concierge.

Beautiful! You are right! I truly don’t understand the hiring process at some of these stores. Why are these CA’s not aware that 95% of clients shop online prior to entering the store? Why question a client prior to researching? Online is always an option, especially with somebody that is so apathetic!!

Wow, it’s one thing to not know something but why would she be so dismissive? That’s so rude! Good thing you ended up ordering online instead. Tbh I prefer to just order online or via concierge/CS. I have met some nice SA’s but I just prefer shopping online over in store

I was around the area of a store so I thought I should pop in. I think for SLG it is fine to be getting it via online. I still prefer to go to a store to check things out if I’m getting a bag. At least to carry it on body, see if it fits what I need, etc. if I liked the bag and fits me, And the CA is someone I could connect (knows my needs, offers helpful suggestions) I would purchase it on the spot. Otherwise, I think getting it online saves my exhaustion.

Congrats - two stunning bags!!!
I am considering the Keepall XS - does it come with a black leather strap? It is not so easy to see in the picture (please post more pics). The hardware is not silver, but the same as on the regular eclipse Keepall?
