I have been to tjmaxx everyday for weeks trying to find a Hamilton bag! I reaaaaally want one and have has no luck whatsoever :nogood:

I am tempted to try ebay but I don't want a fake.....
I could go to the outlet but then the bag would be small and not have a lock!!

An outlet Hamilton would have a nameplate instead of a lock, but it would not be small. It's size is between the lock satchel and the tote. It has three interior compartments, one zippered in the middle, and the leather is soft and gorgeous. I have and love both versions of the Hamilton and would suggest that you take a look at the outlet version if you can. I find the size and middle zip great for travelling!

I probably will when I get a weekend trip. I would like th extra compartment and if its not smaller that would be great!

I just purchase from Macy's during friends and family for 25% off... I've gotten lucky because on all my accessories I got an extra 10% on top of the original 25%!!! They even gave me an extra 25% two days ago on my Selma!!!

You can tell by the lining. The lining design of a retail MK has the MK logo inside a circle. The lining of an outlet bag has "Michael Kors" printed on it and no circle design. Even at TJ's or Marshall's, you're also likely to find a dust bag inside the retail versions. Hope this helps!
