Hmmm maybe the person helping me didn't know what they were talking about then, lol. Seems others outlets stores do get from dept stores, I will visit the outlet once in awhile to check.
Most outlets get store deletes, however, they dont always have them. Couple months ago I visited the premium outlets and apparently they had not received any store merchandise that week.
