Is there anyway to buy something from the outlet online or over the phone? I saw the Lilly tote in person at the outlet and immediately fell in love but I didn't buy it because it's over my self imposed bag limit for non-leather bags.

I live 2 hrs from the closest outlet and there are no Michael Kors outlet websites. I don't think I could talk my husband into driving 2 hrs for a bag. Do they ever have sales? Can you buy over the phone? I've been watching Ebay for them but there's only been a couple of medium ones and they almost cost as much as the new ones so I'm probably going to have to buy it retail.

My outlet told me they never get dept. store merchandise, everything is made for the outlet , they just make them look like the store bags. I have found better sales on the original bags at Macy's, I watch for their sales all the time.

Carson's (bon ton stores) is about to start friends and family with a 25% coupon I think can be used on bags. I don't remember if they have a good online selection though.

ok, thanks ladies.

The bag that I want is only at the outlet, I have so many bags I'm thinking I should wait until the fall to get something else, I'm running out of room, lol.

I *may* just do the over the phone order and see I can talk them into giving the VIP shopper discount, it's worth a try right?

Weird. Last time I was at the Houston Premium Outlets they had several department store Hamiltons with the locks on them. They said they had just come in from the retail store. And I agree that there are usually better prices to be found unless you want an outlet exclusive bag.

Does anyone find it strange that MK makes outlet version bags, just curious whats the purpose. It can be cost because sometimes the outlet bags cost as much as the non version outlet bags.

Maybe Michael Kors does like Coach ... the "outlet" stores are located in high traffic shopping "outlet" malls throughout the country ... the word "outlet" makes most people think they're getting a better price and I've seen lines of people waiting to pay in some of them but from the outlets I've been in especially Coach, the bags are not the same as department store bags. I think Michael Kors outlets might be more like department stores but most may be "past season" bags -- their prices aren't all that cheap though??

My outlet gets "boutique" deletes as well. So does my Coach outlet. I don't know if all brands are the same but for Coach, I found out some outlets are a higher tier and get boutique bags. So maybe MK is the same cause mine definitely gets them.
