Hi all--I'm sorry if this is a silly question, I am new to LV (just made my first purchase of a Speedy B 30 a few days ago!) I am desperately wanting a mini pochette, but they're unavailable to order online and my SA doesn't have any in stock at my local boutique. He said he would let me know if they get any in, but I was wondering how long I could expect to wait. I've been looking at some preloved, but are there any other options when something is out of stock on the website/in store?

A Mini Pochette should be back in stock pretty quickly. They actually receive them often... but they sell fast.

If you are trying to buy in the boutique, make sure your SA knows what you want and have him hold one for you when they come back in stock. As for online...it's like playing a game. When I want something that's elusive and always out of stock, I just check back in as often as I think of it...and try checking at odd hours of the day/night. Things randomly become available and you have to jump on them as soon as you see them or they may become unavailable again very quickly. The last few items I've purchased online have been like that. One item came available and I was able to put in my shopping cart, but by the time I logged into my LV account it had become unavailable again. I didn't give up and managed to get one just a few days later. I've noticed often after I am able to do this, when I go back and check the website again it says the item is once again unavailable...which makes me think they only had a very small number available. Maybe even only one...the one I got! Also, I've learned that I should log into my LV account BEFORE I put items in my shopping cart...just in case. Haha.

Maybe see if your SA can order one for you? I have no idea how that works and where it’s ordered from, but my SA was able to get me two very hard to get items within a week or so.

You can also call Customer Service and ask them if they can locate the item for you in any store. And if you have an LV account and had made a purchase in the last 12 mos (but not in the last 90 days), they can help set up a charge send to you for the item.

If you live close to a store, an SA can order the mini pochette, favorite, or pochette accessories. I ordered from my local store the favorite and pochette and it came in within one week. The waiting list is shorter in the store vs LV customer service over the phone.

I have found they come back in stock online at random times of the day and evening, tends to be in the evenings for me but they are usually out again by the following day. I find they go out for a couple of days / a week then come back in. Just got to be persistent and stalk the site
