Order confirmation received 5 days ago, but order still being processed?

Gucci didnt reply my E-Mail so I did a call early friday morning. They told me that the courier has been out for delievering 3 times. I asked why I didnt get any message or call. How am I supposed to know when to stay at home. Customer service said that they have some problem with trackinglink at the website. So they will call UPS and ask for new delievering date. I got the belt at monday because I did stay home all the day.

Aww that's good! That's so crazy though.. how were you supposed to track that if you didn't call them? I had ordered two Gucci super mini bags because the first one I had received was really wrinkly.. and I was unhappy with that condition and I got the tracking link for that but it never got updated so I wasn't sure when that would arrive even though I kept refreshing. Thankfully I was working on that day when it finally got delivered but the tracking still showed "in transit" and never got updated until I actually got the bag. Smh..
