I've been wanting a new tote for a while, but haven't found one that quite hit the mark. I really like the two pictured, but would be open to other suggestions as well. Help me choose my next bag, please?!

That's what I'm thinking. [emoji2] I'm not much on gold hardware though. It says light gold online. Has anyone seen the light gold hardware? Is it super yellow?
I guess I'm the lone wolf. I love that hawk pattern. Love the whipstitch on the smaller bags but have to say I'm not a fan on the larger bag. Good Luck with your decision.
I'm actually glad to hear a different opinion! I love the hawk feather pattern, just don't want it to be a two week fad type thing. Know what I mean?
I do. If you think you'll be over it in a short while, go with a classic color. If you just absolutely love the unique pattern, then and only then is that the bag for you.
You're right. Thank you. To put my feeling into context, I really liked the camo stuff, so I bought the Taxi Tote. Within two weeks, the corners were wearing and I was over it. I ended up selling it. I fear that the tribal stuff will be like that. It's great now during festival season, then when would I carry her? Have you seen anything with the LG hardware in person? That's my main reason for holding back on the whiplash tote...I'm not a big fan of gold hardware.
I am currently on an involuntary ban so I haven't been near a store since the holidays so I haven't seen any of the spring stuff. I don't like gold hardware either but, depending on the color of the bag, I think it goes well from time to time. It's perfect on my ocelot Madeline and I don't actually mind it on my love red (orange) Minetta. If it blends with the color of the bag somewhat, I can live with it.
I don't have a FP store or an outlet near me. Closest is about 1.5 hour drive one way. But, with a 4 year old who gets car sick I don't get to make that drive much [emoji2] I completely understand the ban. After this one, which will be my 5 year anniversary gift from my husband, I'm banned.

definitely need to join all of you on "ban island" .....
in regards to opinions on the bags...I love the pink. Definitely statement color. I'm not a fan of the other tribal bag, but I think that's more personal preference on the print, not the style of bag.
