I had a policy with this company for nine months and reported a claim for a piece of jewelry that was lost. It is now three months since the claim has been started and nothing to date. Had to file police report, in-person interview, and they are still not done. This is one of the worst companies on the Internet all Jewelers Mutual does is lead you on for months at a time while they are trying to figure out how they are not responsible for the loss. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
