Opinion on diamond cut please

I personally choose a Round diamond for myself for two reasons, one the round is the most sparkly and two the round looks larger per carat than the other shape diamonds, there is a chart to compare that is listed in the beginning of the jewelry forum sub topics. I do think whatever you decide the Cut is the most important. If you do decide with Princess which I think will also be a classic I would go with AGS Ideal cut Princess to make sure your princess stone sparkles the most.

Well, I got my ring today! I don't have any pics though because it's getting sized :sad:

I chose a round cut and it ended up being a 1.1 carat. Larger than I was planning, but it's what caught my eye and DH agreed that it was the best one we'd seen. It fits perfectly with my existing band too.

Thanks all for your thoughts - they helped me choose!
