The blush looks beautiful, but it's a little light and "pinky" for someone who lives in NYC (like Cilifene, I prefer BLACK). The green (forest) is something I would consider, except that I already own a Balenciaga Vert Fonce and I limit myself to one green bag...lol

Sorry, I did it again but I was talking about the new bag brand without pulling down the right quote. As for the blackening wearing off, based on Suzon's bracelet, it is actually pretty giving it an antique look. This is when the blackening just starts wearing and it is quite attractive. I did ask her how many bracelets she wears with her Schwartz bracelets and she said only one additional bracelet. She prefers her Schwartz bracelet to stand on its own. Yours certainly can as well.

Does she have an evil eye pendant?

I, personally have never seen a Lorraine Schwartz evil eye pendant. They can probably make one up for you. You can contact her distributor rep at Bergdorf Goodman. ....http://www.bergdorfgoodman.com/BG/Lorraine-Schwartz-Store-Search-Redirect/cat367106/c.cat The woman there is extremely helpful.

Thanks Suchi. I am also considering "blackening" one or two of my 18k white gold bracelets that I don't wear often and perhaps a ring. If I don't like it, I can always have the jeweler rhodium plate it back to white. I may not like the "matchy-matchy" thing going on.

I don't know the names but Suzon has two bracelets and they are a bit different than yours. One is an 18kt white gold chain blackened but the diamonds are clear and set and mounted in the blackened white gold bezel setting. Every 4 diamonds there is a charm with clear diamonds and deep pink sapphires. If I am not mistaken, the center diamond of each charm is black. All of the white gold is blackened so when it starts wearing off just a little it really does sparkle. The second one is done in yellow gold and the bracelet is diamonds set and mounted in 18K yellow gold in a bezel setting with blue diamonds dominating the charms (or what ever they are called) along with a circle of clear diamonds with a dark center stone which is a diamond. The charm placement is also every 4 diamonds. Both bracelets are fabulous. I am not certain if I gave an totally accurate description but it is as close as I can remember.

Suzon's bracelets sound absolutely stunning! I would love to see a picture of them! It's a bit difficult to visualize from the description.

I think the bracelet look great on you! I would pair it with white or rose gold. I do not think you need more blackened gold. Enjoy your piece!

Each to their own, and it would be a very boring world if we all liked the same but I am afraid I really don't get the point of blackened gold... it reminds me of tarnished silver ... why pay all that amount of money for a precious metal then camouflage it so it looks as though it's been left to tarnish for years.
But this is only my opinion and no offence meant as I am probably missing the point totally

She won't allow pictures of her jewelry to be made except for appraisal. Two years ago she was robbed while at home and it was a horrible experience. Makes me wonder about posting pictures sometimes. This is the only place I do but as she told me she learned her lesson the hard way.

DH is home today sick so I was in the kitchen some time putting together a soup he likes from scratch. Came looking for my two BT's and this is what I found. As little as they are they somehow dragged every pillow they could find and put them on the bed with their blanket and beds. They were sitting in one bed as if saying we didn't do it.
