I got my PSM in and a little update. It shipped from Arlington, TX and was made in France and absolutely perfect. I guess it really is random in which you get. I ordered online.

How long does it usually take for something to arrive if you’ve placed the order from a store? The estimate has passed and I don’t have tracking info.
I have made 4 online purchases, all came from NJ. 2 MIF and 2 MIS. I have one pending...just for reference,I'm on the east coast.

Very happy that you got what you wanted! It really does seem like the luck of the draw, but lots of people are having good luck ordering online and receiving MIF items. When I was in the store a few weeks ago, the SA said that they were receiving a lot more MIF items, most likely because of COVID numbers in the US and having to ramp up more production in France. This could be total BS, but could make sense. Enjoy your new purchase!
All of my online purchases have come from the NJ distribution center. East and West coast. I think it could depend on where the style is made. I believe all of my purchases were manufactured in Europe.
I ordered an item to be collected in store, and there was a note on my order screen that says "Express shipping may not be available for this product", does this mean the item isn't going to be shipped out for a while?
My online order of the PSM was shipped out from Louisville KY on Mar 16th with expected delivery on Mar 23. I’m in Vancouver, Canada. Will update you on where the bag is made when i get it. Did yours arrive yet?
I had my order shipped to my local store, and it arrived 2 days after there was confirmation my item shipped! My bag is Made in USA Texas specifically, so I think that's why it shipped from KY.
Just got my bag today and was so surprised to see it’s made in spain! Really happy with it
