For 35, if Barenia Faubourg is now $13,800 you can reasonably assume that Togo and Clemence are still around $12,400 and Epsom just slightly less. It's not exact but should get you within a few hundred dollars.
30s are still around $11,400, again with Epsom being a couple hundred dollars less.

How come there’s variation within the same leather and same styles ie the Kelly 25 shows one in March for Togo retourne at 10.5k USD then one a few days later for 10.9k. Hardware difference?? Color?

I’m pretty sure it’s been 10,900 USD since February (last price increase). Do a Google search of “Hermes price increase 2023” and you should find blogs / articles from fairly large or reputable sites that listed new prices after the Feb increase, all of which says 10,900 for Togo Retourne K25. The 10,500 was probably a typo.
