Would be cheaper in France if you get a chance to go, or if not and you're travelling through Heathrow call the store there 24 hrs before you are due to depart for tax free purchase, they'll hold it for you.

So I've been calling around to hermes looking for the Herbag and have been very discouraged with customer service! I have been told they only come in one size, and then told they come in multiple sizes. I've also been quoted 4,000$, 3,000$ and then 2,575$ and lastly, 2,375$. I'm very confused as to why I'm not being given consistent information!
