I keep cash in the compartment that's "in the flap". You do have to fold your bills, but for me that's not a problem since I rarely carry cash and close to never do I have more than two bills and a few coins. Right now I think there's one bill and 4-5 coins and that's it.
I love using this piece for travel as well, I just empty out everything but my credit/debit cards, SI&TI cards and ID. If I have to carry two types of currency I usually just use one of the center compartments for the currency I need that day and the other gets put in the back where I keep my money now.

I love this style, I have a DvF piece that's pretty similar in design and it's amazing. Goes well with my ADD - sometimes I just can't deal with mini wallets where I can't see all my cards at once so I pull out Ms. von Furstenberg and all is well in the world! :girlsigh:

Here's an alternative: the Chanel small wallet. I got sick of switching wallets to suit different sized bags when I had a long Bottrga continental wallet so I streamlined the stuff I put in my wallet and got this. I still carry around an additional card case for my other cards when I use a bigger bag but this fits all essentials.

It fits into my Chanel mini too. 6 card slots, 1 bill sleeve, 2 pockets and a zippered coin compartment.

My perfect wallet is actually a discontinued piece - the LV empriente secret compact wallet. It only has three card slots but behind those and the coin pocket section are extra pockets and it fits so, so much. I actually don't have coins in the coin pocket, I just put my membership cards, insurance card and extra credit cards in there instead - there are around 10 cards in there now and it could probably easily fit another 4-5. It's unfortunate that it's discontinued, to be honest - I'd probably have one in a few different colors and still may if I can find excellent used condition or NIB in colors I like.

i have so many cards :doh: I just can't bear to throw them away or leave them at home 'coz knowing my luck I'll end up needing it! LOL!

That's the one. You'd be surprised how much actually fits in it, to be honest. People used to zip their phones in it when phones were smaller, haha (I have an iPhone 6 Plus so it's taller than my wallet so no dice there). I understand wanting additional card slots, of course, so it may not work for everyone but I personally haven't been finding the 3 slots restrictive with the additional slots behind the card slots and zippered pocket and as I mentioned I have cards I don't need every day in the zippered pocket instead of coins but that's just how I operate. I like how it lays flat when opened, too - I have a ZCP that I have store cards and things i only need rarely but it wouldn't work for me as an everyday wallet because it doesn't open up all the way.

Yes, I did have the Confort 9 and was very happy with it until my daughter fixed her eyes on it. Since she was an upcoming young executive I gifted it to her. To this day it's her go to bag for work. It has held up extremely well and she's happy with it. Based on personal experience I'd go with Just Campagne
