One of the new Return to Tiffany bracelets is now mine!

This bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. However beware, the catch is not sturdy for a charm bracelet. I wore mine out for the first time shopping, looked at my wrist halfway through my trip and my bracelet was gone. My stomach absolutely sunk, it was awful.
I went everywhere to check but no joy, filed a police report everything, but the bracelet didn't turn up.
I checked online and this has happened to a few people, so after much wrangling back and forth with Tiffany, they sent me a new one. In the end, their customer service was exemplary.
I will be buying a safety catch for this before I wear again.

Thank you for warning, I had this bracelet on my wish list, glad to hear Tiffany took care of you and hopefully they will fix this problem
