I took a chance on PS Dept since so many others have had success and Kelsey found the bucket I was looking for within 3 hours for an immediate ship. It may be worth the try if you are an iPhone user or know someone with one.

It is an app, they charge a small handling fee as they search for you and are pretty good at finding hard to find items. I purchased several Mansur Gavriel bags through them.

Is their handling fee a flat fee or a percentage of the bag price?

It is a 5% fee, but you can adjust it, or remove it....I have never done that though. I feel like it is worth it for the service.
