ITA! I RARELY duplicate my bags....but there is something about the Hamilton....and I think it looks like a totally different bag in every color I see it in!!!! Or is that just my purse euphoria setting in???!!!!! :nuts: The navy/white would satisfy my "white" and I wouldnt have to worry about transfer b/c there isnt much white on it......OMG I think I am going to go insane.....OP PLEASE post pics for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry guys, I have to make sure I'm going to keep her before I tear off all the packaging and tissue. lol. I am trying to decide if I want to keep her, get the tan croc or the luggage color. sigh. I just sold my black hamilton a few days ago and missed her so much... I went back and got another. Addiction anyone?

Hmmm, odd man (woman) out again here but I'm not sure about the navy/white. I'll check it out when I go to the Kors store in person and see what I think. I don't think it would sway me away from the navy with gold hardware though. And I think if the pics are accurate that the navy in the navy/white version is a darker navy than the one in my signature.

I was never a fan of the spectator Coach bags, and I'm not sure it's working for me with the Hamilton either, but I'll reserve the final judgement call until I see it in person.

Okay my tPF sisters, I couldn't leave you all hanging. I took some pics after carefully unwrapping and rewrapping my two tone Hamilton. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to keep her yet. I'm trying to decide between the two tone, luggage color or the croc embossed one that has yet to be released.

I took pics of the Hamilton next my Balenciaga 07 Marine GGH day. The two tone is definitely dreamy... beautiful!

Thanks for posting the pics, I'm still not sure about it for me, but I can see how some would think it is lovely.

But your Balenciaga is FREAKING GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!! Truly stunning, I love it!!

Hi Gals,

I am new to this forum, but i have been lurking around MK forum very consistently. I hope you gals have use another MK fan here. I have started my MK collection very recently and have been drooling over MICHAEL KORS Skorpios Flap Shoulder Bag, Walnut

I couldn't find any existing thread on this handbag, but need your advice on this bag its almost $1000, but to me it resembles CHLOÉ Marcie Large leather bag

BTW, I adore Dual tone Hamilton and blue white is awesome.

I hope you don't mind me start talking abt different bag on this thread, since I can't start new thread...

It's great to have a new MK fan on the forum - WELCOME ABOARD!!

I have the Skorpios Crescent Hobo and revealed it in this thread. The Skorpios line is amazing - the leather is unbelievably soft and the hardware is my favorite part - indescribable really - solid and exquisite and totally stunning. To me the Skorpios line is all about the hardware. OK, the leather and design too. :D

It ceraintly is above and beyond the Michael by Michael Kors line, but personally I couldn't pay $1000 for it. I got lucky and managed to get mine during a Black Friday sale in Vegas for $475. It's a shame that the collection bags so rarely go on sale.

It does look a lot like the Chloe - wow!! I've never seen any Chloe in real life, but it looks amazing in those pictures. However I think the hardware on the Skorpios would be hard to beat!!

OMG....this is one of the MOST gorgeous Hamiltons I have EVER SEEN!!!!! WOW!!!!! I am REALLY liking this one!!!!!! Thank you so much for posting pics...I am a silver hw girl, too, and I LOVE the way the silver pops on this color combo....WOW!!!! CONGRATS!!!

Thanks Crissy, I know $1000 is toooo much, I am glad to know that these bags do go on sale (may be once a year ?) but waiting for it till next black friday will be difficult for me...

BTW, I did read your thread and luv your bag, the color and hardware looks really nice...do you use it often ?

Well I have about 20 bags (MK and Coach) that I try to keep in rotation so nothing gets a lot of use. I used it over Christmas and a few days here and there in January and it's definetely my favorite bag to carry!!

Even during the Black Friday sale, they only put the Cinnamon on sale - the didn't put everything in the Skorpios and Tonne lines on sale - just a couple of them. If you truly love it and can swallow the $1000 price tag then I say get it because the exact one you want may or may not ever go on sale. But if you are flexible on color or whatever, you may luck into a sale.
