Right he's gonna surprise me with the timing. And then he calls me yesterday and says "the ring is out of stock." So he's on the hunt for something similar.
As for my previous threads, in particular the one about drawing the line...There's nothing to update really!
I am confused.
Your opening post stated that he had already purchased it. So I am confused how something already purchased is now "out of stock".![]()
I dunno, just playin' devil's advocate here but haven't you been on a website, purchased an item only to later get an email or phone call that that particular item is no longer available?
This happened to me in March of this year when I was trying to buy a one-of-a-kind artist-designed bracelet for a friend's birthday from a website for a small boutique out of my state. I had an order confirmation, charged credit card and the next day received a phone call from an SA at the boutique that their website was not fully updated and that bracelet I "ordered" was, in fact, out of stock.
So maybe Missy's man wasn't shopping for the diamond itself but rather an already-designed piece?
Just sayin'.
ETA: I've followed Missy's threads since back in the ole Isaac days so I know what some of you are referencing with regard to her vanishing from threads...
Oops! I thought maybe you meant disappointed cuz the cherry didn't pop properly or something, and so the ring went back. I dunno if guys go in and check the first time with a flashlight anymore. lol!
"sorry honey, it's out of stock. What song would you like tonight? Lady in Red (but not bleeding virgin red)?"
But really Missy, if you are indeed legit, I wish the very best for you and hope you get a beautiful ring from the love of your life when the time is right.

Actually, I meant he was disappointed by the "humpty dumpty" and decided it wasn't even worth the ring.![]()
