I wish I wldve thought of that... The crazy thing is I've worn her everyday since l got her no issues. i treated her with MK rain and stain and the nxt day this. l just exchanged her.

Yup. I'm convinced that had I not used the MK rain and stain it never wld've happened in the first place. The MK manager was in Macy's she tracked one down, picked it up, and had it waiting in the store for me when l arrived. She apologized for my situation and told me she hoped I wld still love the brand! I thanked her profusely, and even ended up buying another item. She was GREAT!

Is there a dye removal kit that works for this? I have another leather bag in cream that got dye transferred onto of. The leather is finished so not as porous as regular pebbled leather so I'm surprised it happened.

wow I'm very surprised you were able to exchange it and that you had such an excellent customer service experience! That's so strange that the rain and stain repellent was what caused the color transfer. How long did you spray and set it before taking it out?

Thanks, me too! I think it may have partially been because my purse was so new. I don't even think it was 2 weeks old yet. They wldve returned it. l was like no I want the bag, can I exchange it? I sprayed it at about 8pm and left the next day at about 10am... I thought that was more then enough time for it to dry. Guess not! This time around I guess I'm babying her!!!

I'm not sure, but with a neon pink that's kinda dark I didn't expect to have to baby it...

I'm just gonna stay away from dark colors with this bag. I bought it again because its one of my fav colors and matches my wardrobe perfectly. At Macy's u have 90 days to exchange, if anything else happens l'll just raise holy hell mention the previous issues and exchange it for blk or navy!
