There is an ongoing thread in the Hermes subforum about "Made in" and what it means. So I am a little sensitive to the phrase right now.
The castings for the jewelry is definitely made in Switzerland, and all diamonds and precious stones that are sourced by Switzerland. In other words, the designs and tools to make them come from Switzerland - I don't know where the manufacture is done.
I learned about this in my int'l trade and int'l business transactions class. Anyway, that one Omega ring reminds me a lot of Bvlgari's zero1 design. And though the star ring is quite cute, I think it would look much better with less stars. Overall, not bad, but I prefer to buy items for what the brand is known for. So I would more rather buy their watches than their jewelry.
