Ok, I went shopping for a right hand ring this weekend! Help me pick one.

Haha! I need to stick to my plan, which is a cushion cut in a HW style.
I had my sa try and find stones and it is really hard to find a cushion online. I don't want it to look like ice. I want some chunky facets. I am so frustrated looking for diamonds. I can always see specs for a RB and know what I am looking at, not with a cshion at all.

Agreed. They need to make a HCA calculator for cushions. I love my ring but I've noticed how the ring is cut (I'm thinking too shallow) there is some color bleeding. Bleh. For the premium I paid for this Tiffany ring, I expect perfection!! I also love chunky facets on cushions - looks so pillowy and beautiful!!

Some far off pics, but nothing close up. I've never posted photos on here before b/c I haven't looked into how to do it. I will ask my bf to help me some time this week and maybe I can finally learn and post more pictures! :shame:

I've watched his videos too!! Jonathan is so informative!! Yes, my diamond is a cushion modified brilliant and has the crushed ice appearance with smaller points of fire. He says it's horrendous, I know (haha!) but I think this is the normal cut for fancy yellow diamonds because I've noticed most, if not all cushion and radiant shaped fancy yellow diamonds featured on DBL diamonds are cut this way!

The Tiffany one is sooo cute and springy! I also like how the Cartier one is gold/white gold/rose gold because it can tie together hardware on your bag, shoes, and other jewelry if you know what I mean..

I am going to go with the love ring. I like the Tiffany flower but I will get way more wear with the love ring. It is something I can wear everyday. I already have a lot of gemstone rings and the love is a nice solid peice. Then I can stack with diamond bands. Now I need to see if I want diamond or plain. I had the one diamond band and I like that it is thicker than the plain bands.

I do like the trinity , but I had a vision to stack a few diamond bands with the Love ring and it looked really good. Thank you to Contessa for suggesting the white gold diamond bands with the YG ring. It looked great and popped!!!! I now need more diamond bands, lol! I love the way it looked!!

I have the hoops now, will soon have the ring. I am done with Cartier for now. I got what I wanted. I would love a diamond love bracelet, but not for a long long time!

I accually got the plain love ring. My sa said it was too much with the diamond bands and the diamond love ring. Hmm, I was set on the diamond version. I get the ring WEd and will post pics, maybe I can exchange it for the diamond one. He said it looked like a cleaner line, hm he saved me money. You know that is a rare and good sa!
