Sarah's home life and location don't call for her dressing up, I'm sure before she was in the spotlight she dressed differently, makes sense.

You know what? I have to agree. What's up with the hood on top of that velvety coat or whatever it is. And the pants... Nah, IMO this was not the best look for her.
