That is one thing I do not like about the ring,ramona,riki is the heavy gold clasp. The Mahala/Maddy is more to my liking as it is a more structured bag. I do love the way the Ring looks, but I rarely carry mine. Actually my favorite now is my new white Saba. It stays on my shoulder and is so light weight. Let's see how long it takes me to get something on it, tho :p

I'm so glad I'm not fickle. :p I don't care if it's heavy or hard to get into or anything, if I love the way it looks I'll put up with anything!!!! I've never regretted a single bag I've bought and haven't gotten rid of any either which is MY problem, bulging closets. :shrugs: Maybe I could take a lesson. :winkiss:

Muggles, I have this same bag in brown and I love it. I really don't mind the clasp as it is the same on the ramona. I just bought the black patent pyramid one at Nordies on sale and can't wait to use it. Mine flop over too and although I wonder if the leather will crease, the flopping doesn't bother me. I just love the look of the ring. I am hoping they make it in red at some point.

A red ring would be so hot! I am really liking the ring! I never get compliments on my bags in this town, but they seem to notice the ring and have to comment! Love it!

I'm hoping they come out with a really deep merlot color in the mahala for fall. I don't have a mahala and I think that would be gorgeous! I am trying to keep myself on a bag ban (does not include new wallets for bags already purchased - lol) until fall.

I've always loved the look of the ring, for some reason, I've haven't purchased one--guess I keep finding other bags to spend the $$ on. My favorite style that I have is the Mahala, I find it easier to carry, get into, etc. than the Ramona or Rikki.

jmcadon, I saw that red Ring on E-bay , the price was so low that I wondered if something was wrong with it.

Hi llson, ebay can be a crap shoot. I often wonder why bags are selling at such low prices and then you see another one where they are asking almost full price. Then people will bid up a fake one so it is selling for more than the authentic ones.

I'm not too mad busy today, so have come out in solidarity!!! I have spent all day dithering about whether to spray my new Mahala with protector. Keep nearly doing the deed...
.... and then chickening out. At this rate, Summer will be over. :shrugs:
