I use the Odeon tote pm since January and it’s perfect size for me. It fits all my essentials and I can also add my sunglasses case and a small pouch with suntan lotion now because spring and sunshine is coming. I also like the material of the canvas, I think it supports that the bag keeps its shape. I don’t use an organizer because it takes space and it’s not needed because the bag doesn’t lose shape. I assume an organizer might be good for the MM size but not PM imo.
For me the Odeon tote PM was best choice for a bag in Damier Ebene

I’m back home now but will wait for my next trip to Europe in August. I just can’t pay 2670 CAD + tax for a bag lol. Even though it’s the perfect bag

I feel like I’m wasting money buying this when I also own a speedy B25 in DE like you. The only thing I’m wearing my speedy 25 less often now is because I find the opening really quite small at times. However, it is really pretty bag. I do find the speedy 25 bulky at times but I like being able to throw in random things I want because it’s so spacious! Odeon tote pm seem to solve the issue of zipper opening and looking too bulky for me.

It is less bulky than the speedy 25 because of the narrower base width and the tapering shape towards the top. While this design solves the “bulkiness” issue of the speedy, you do sacrifice interior space. For example, you have a fabric lining that does not extend all the way to the canvas. Not a bad thing because it preserves the design of the outer pleats even when stuffed. Also, if all three slip pockets on both sides are used, whatever object you have sitting on the bottom of the bag remains slightly under those slip pockets if that makes sense since those pockets bulges out and are shallow. So, as far as accessibility goes, I still need to completely zip open the top to reach whatever is on the bottom. Because of the tapering, you also don’t want to over stuff the bag if you want the zipper to close without distortion. Anyways, these might seem minor details or nitpicking. Overall, I like the bag. No regrets. If I had to redesign it, I would have added maybe an inch lengthwise (I like having wiggle room) and maybe change out the large gold rings on the ends. It is lightweight and no wearing out so far. I carry it hand held or in the crook of my arm. Key (4 and 6)holder, card holder, pocket agenda, pm agenda, mini pochette accessoires, étui voyage pm, prada large curved sunglasses case, structured cosmetic case, iPhone, are my usual daily carry items fyi. Hope this helps anyone out there considering this bag.

It is similar in canvas n maybe size with the Speedy 25 but it is different in design, bulkiness. The side pleats, the front bulge design + tag definitely incomparable with the Speedy. Unlike the Speedy, it has that sleek n dainty look to it. You definitely can justify to have both the Speedy & Odeon Tote in your collection. As the Speedy is a keeper for me. I for-see the Odeon Tote will too.

And the info about the lining does not extend all the way to the canvas.. thank you for pointing that out! I was a little worried initially. I guess I shouldn’t be anymore

I was able to order and purchase the Odeon PM in Germany via my SA. I texted her several days at the beginning of January. First she said it won't bei available in Europe. Then a few days later she found out that only the MM will come to Europe. A week later I saw a posting in a German Facebook group where a lady showed her PM that she ordered in the same store where I usually buy but through a different SA. Called my SA and send her screenshots from the posting and Tad's she could order it. Arrived within one week andI picked it up in store.i am so happy, it is the most perfect LV bag for me. WhenI picked it up in store my SA said there was only a small time gap of few days to order in Germany. She doesn't know if it will be available later this year.

I just read this on the web site and am happy to see your message, since I love this bag ever since I saw it on the web. Since it is cheaper to buy in Europe and I am going there in 3 weeks ! I hope I can order it there in August ! I am visiting Zurich, switzerland !
By the way, how do you like this bag so far.

I just read this on the web site and am happy to see your message, since I love this bag ever since I saw it on the web. Since it is cheaper to buy in Europe and I am going there in 3 weeks ! I hope I can order it there in August ! I am visiting Zurich, switzerland !

I am wondering about prices in Zürich compared to Germany because it‘s not in Euro and if they charge more in CHF. I couldn‘t find LV online store for Switzerland.
You should check upfront if the Odeon Tote is available because in general it‘s not available in Europe. I also only got it via phone client service in January.

The canvas is softer I think but it should help that the bag keeps it shape. The canvas on my other bags is different but I don’t mind. I like the Odeon Tote so much, it’s beautiful and versatile.

yes, the Canvas should be like that on this bag and you might notice that it stays nice in shape, especially in the PM size. I am so happy with it and it holds so much.

Thank you so much for the feedback. It is always hard to judge, if something is „normal“ if the bag is never in the store. Here in Germany they say you can only order it online and even then it has a waiting list. So maybe I will keep it after all, thanks again!!
