I'm excited to join the club this week with my new Victoria II 35 in Bleu Nuit! I dressed her up with a Pucci scarf that was *just* long enough. Can't wait to take her out!

This is so pretty. I want to do this with mine, but wasn't sure if it would work with the less structured handles. You answered that question.. Do you know the size of the scarf? I think the twilly might be too short to do this.

Thanks! I wanted to use a twilly, too, but I think they're too short. I intend to ask next time I'm at a store. I bought this bag at hermes.com, so I haven't been able to try it out in person. The scarf I used here is a long skinny diamond shape. I measured it before I tied it, but I don't quite recall exactly how long it was. I think 42 or 43 inches long, and maybe 12 inches wide at the middle, so at least 10 inches longer than a twilly.

Congratulations! Victoria is great!

May I ask you a question about Blue Nuit. Do you love the color? I'm assuming you had other colors to pick from also but you chose BN. Would love your thoughts. I got a bag in BN which wasn't on my radar and still trying to decide how I feel about it.

I love bold color, so choosing bleu nuit, which is quite dark and muted, took a lot of thought. It's really dark under inside lighting, but you can still tell it's blue and not black. The blue really comes out in the sunlight and it's very pretty there. I'm a freak for blue, but this is a bit darker than I would usually go for. That being said, it's perfect for what I plan to use it for, which is primarily for work and for travel. It's quite large compared to most of my other bags that I use for shopping or around town trips. I have another work bag in black, so I wanted a dark blue that would work in a professional setting and with my navy work clothes. My luggage for travel is all in shades of blue, so I also chose it to match those, and to hopefully not show the inevitable dirt that it will pick up from airplanes and hotel rooms and such. I did spend a lot of time contemplating bleu jean and turquoise and all the other blue colors they had online... and would definitely not shy away from brighter colors if I got another one. That violet color a few posts ago is to die for!

Thank you so so much for responding so fast! Your answer is very interesting. Not sure what I expected but I can tell it was well thought out. My blue nuit came as a little surprise to me so I'm still adjusting. I haven't done anything quite as dark either in a long time except for black so it threw me off. Not to mention I got the BN in a B25 so I wasn't thinking darker for such a small bag. I was thinking classic color yes but with a little more color to it. I agree that in the sunlight the color comes out more for sure and makes it more chameleon. But my SA and others love this color and am thinking as I grow older (I'm not young or old right now) it will be a good color for me. Hope I made a good decision.

Thanks for sharing!

I think of it as a "forever" color. It's classic, it can be formal or casual, and it won't ever go out of style. If you feel it's maybe a little too old for you now, maybe dress it up a bit with a twilly or a charm to lighten it up?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your thoughts and I'm thinking along the same lines. You're right, this color will grow old with me and it's a forever color. And I'm not usually a charm person but think I may put some things on it to make it fun. I saw someone with a hot pink pom pom and that may be exactly what I need. I do have bold and bright color bags like blue Izmir and anemone so I'm not lacking fun colors. Just envisioned my B25 more colorful. But when I get to be a old lady I may be loving my B25 in an easy match all color.

Thanks. I'm going to have to search out a scarf or two that would work. Your combination is lovely.

Hi Ladies! I'm looking to join the Victoria club. Such a perfect bag! Questions for you experts:
- does it only come with the palladium hardware? I wear a lot of gold, wondering if I'll clash?
- how do we feel about bag charms on these? I'm considering the gold clemence bag with a bright colored Rodeo, Samarcande, or Carmen.
- alternatively, I'm contemplating a bright color such as Feau, but this is going to be my daily bag and I hate to change bags. This time of year I'm either in all neutrals or lots of bright blue, turquoise, orange, yellow, and green. Too much?
- I know this question is probably addressed elsewhere, but does the clemence need to babied in the rain, etc?
Your help is greatly appreciated!!!
