great news!! I keep on coming back to the Victoria, though it can't be shoulder-held on me...I love it and I am waiting for the right moment to just get one:graucho:!

I know! I´d love to order it, but my credit card limit is just under the price of the Victoria. I´d need both of my credit cards to order it, but H won´t accept payment that way. And I´m not willing to raise the limit of my cc just to buy a handbag :p And I´m just really exited about buying one from the store - I don´t mind waiting a bit longer, it´s all worth it :yes:

I totally understand what you mean, I'd rather wait and get my next bag from a H store too, just for the experience of carrying it out of the shop myself :)

Hi - I have a black Victoria which is my favourite bag of all time - simple and understated, yet so elegant. The only problem I find is that as the inside of the bag is light, it can get quite grubby after a while. Has anyone ever investigated getting the inside of their Victoria cleaned? Thanks

I asked about replacing the lining if it got dirty when I bought my victoria. I was totally surprised when I was told no. That was a number of years ago; maybe things have changed.

I realized that no one bothered to post info in here about the new Victoria Elan, so these are the details

I much prefer the classic Victoria, I find the Elan out of proportion, JMHO!

I sold my Victoria after a while because I wasn't happy with the colour anymore (gold, like the Elan above), but it's one of the most practical bags ever: I will definately get another in a fun colour, sometime in the future!

Ladies - maybe you can help. Im looking to get a Victoria (classic) - few questions, is it the same as "Victoria II" which is what is available now? What is Victoria Fourre-Tout?

In an old price list, the II and the Fourre-Tout were two different prices. Does anyone know what the current price of the Victoria II is? Its not listed in 2012 price thread or anywhere else! And am not interested in the Elan.

There is a clemence in cafe (brown) on the US Hermes.com now. Price is now $4600 up from $4525 last year--that is probably the smallest price increase of all the handbags!
