I think I posted in the wrong thread yesterday:
I am just about to buy my first shawl today - the CenC in CW 06. What was a little but surprising to me though was that the SA pointed out to me that she has the same one and it used to pill heavily during the first weeks. So I am wondering if this is normal and if any of you have encountered the same ????
I really love this CW and I just have to have it but I dont want to buy it if it looks old within 4 weeks....

congrats on going to buy your first GM shawl, you will love it! Regarding the pilling...it is more of a "fluffyness" if you know what I mean...not heavy pilling, or I have not noticed that in any of my GM´s..

Is the 05 vert anis or anis? I have that it will anis, but what color is this? Is it yellow?
Just FYI, the GM cashmere shawl makes a FANTASTIC swimsuit cover-up! I used one for that today - so they are even great in hot, South Texas summers!!!

LOL - but yes, I should have added that disclaimer for those who would actually get <shudder> wet. No way am I getting in that yucky seawater.
Went to visit Madison on Saturday, they had a lot of the new shawls in, but not the Kelly En Clache yet...
I did pick up th La Femme Aux Semelles De Vent in CW #6 - Rouge/Gris/Vert - I haven't had a primarily Red Shawl, this is a great color for me! I usually stick with either Blacks or Pinks as a primary color.
