Have to share my joy with you immediately!!! Beloved India - a HG for me in exactly this CW 04 Rose Mexique / Rouge Orange / Sepua! Sorry for the lighting... Took the pics with a sweater I have been wearing when the shawl just arrived - luckily the colour fits...

Gorgeous on you with your coloring! And love these ties! Would you share how you did that second one?
Cavalcadour Rayure from SS2021 - for me also perfect for fall/winter... ❤ So easy to wear.

Just stunning!!

Finally cold enough to wear Idex Palm…View attachment 5228991
Love this on you! Adding IP to my wishlist ;)
Wish I could but unfortunately I’m renovating my apartment and most of my scarves and shawls (including this one) are stored in closets completely taped over to keep them safe from construction dust. I‘ve been using only the few shawls I bought in the last 2 months since the weather turned colder.
Thank you @DoggieBags! Hope your renovation goes well :) I’ve been there and the dust is no joke!

Thank you so much, dear peonies! Usually I am just throwing on my shawls, there is not much “tying“ involved at my end. ;) The second knot was probably a result of a cowboy with the big triangle and one of the smaller ends knotted together with the other smaller end and then brought up to the shoulder...? Really sorry that I can not be of more help here... However, I am sure that you will find the best way to wear your CSGM by just playing around with it! ❤️

Is a cowboy a type of tie? Sorry for the scarf/shawl newbie question ;)

Yes, cowboy is a knot. It starts like this (copied from H.com where you will also find other ideas to tie shawls...):

For the full cowboy knot you take both smaller ends and tie them on top of the bigger triangle. What I described earlier was kind of a variation... ;) As I already mentioned, I am far from being a tying expert... So, you may also want to look at the thread that dear @880 recommended to you. ❤️

Ah I didn’t know that was the name ;) thank you!

I’ve dug through the h.com and years back on both this and the thread that @880 suggested and have gleaned so many ideas!!
