It's a fun design, and was happy to find such an easy to wear colorway. Plus, I have a fondness for the simple graphics of designs with just two colors! 
It is on the French website today, so fingers crossed for USA
I missed out on the 90. Would love to have a shot at the 140! I think the design translates beautifully to the larger format.
I share your opinion. There are so many details in this design, it's an incredible artwork.
It is on my wishlist too, no idea on which color.
I hesitated last Autumn and chose the Cité Cavalière upon Cosmographia Universalis, as I voluntarily limit my frivolous spendings.
But I guess I'll get it this year.
In my opinion CSGMs are perfect for this kind of very detailed designs, which can be enjoyed much more than on 90s.
I didn't know the Index Palmarum, and now you make me want this exact one !
