Ms. P - I am quite envious of you petite gals who can rock the Bal moto (ahem, that includes my pal jp)! Graff is the perfect complement with color and graphic. You remind me to pull my noir out. Now if only I could get into one of those tiny leather jackets.:hugs::amuse:

Oh honey, you can totally pull one off, maybe not jp's, but eh hem...they do size bigger than a 6 for the love of Gawd!! :giggles:

Just wanted to share my all time favorite Marwari shawls in 4 colorways. Thank you for letting me share.

Dang, yodaling---killer, torturous picture. I too love the lime green border one...deep sigh

Oldie and goody, noire/naturel CSMC shawl.

So lovely lovely. This is my favorite cw of this classic design.

I'm very new to the world of H GM shawls, only acquiring my first one just before Christmas. I love it! :D I only have the 90 silks before but the GM is just so soft and luxurious! I would appreciate your thoughts as I search for my next shawl. I would like a red shawl that would go with my rouge casaque K.

Which of these shawls do you think have a "red" that would work better with the lipstick red RC:

I'm also open to suggestions on other designs that I may not have seen since I only go by what I can find on H.com and some reseller sites. Many TIA!

All your choices are winners but you might think about the mood of the piece. Do you want a classic--go for the CSMC. Online right now. I love Ceintures which to me is more conservative and Mars--more current, slightly trendy looking--maybe younger and ties beautifully. Are you looking for elegent, fun? Graff is terrific and available right now. Good luck with the fun decision.

Inspired by the fabulous Kat to wear my CSMC today.
Perhaps I will find the stunning noir/ Naturel someday...
Until then, the other neutral Cheval - Beige / Naturel / Noisette

Oh, and then there is you, the warm CSMC to torture with Kat's cool CSMC. You girls are fabulous.

Such a dainty, sweet charm--like a glass of pink wine.

Monceau, one more great neutral, indeed!

To me, the best cw of this design! Congrats!

And some of you already know I cannot resist men's dept cashmeres! Here is my last one, Tampon Graphique naturel/rouge/toundra. Monceau, I'm so late here that I dunno if you took the plunge on this one. But as a lover of Missing Horse, I'm pretty sure you'll love it! ;)

Anfang, you kill it in the men's department every season! :worthy:

sparklelisab, that's a great suggestion! I know some pieces draw me in and some pieces I find too subdue, etc. It's so much easier to pick out scarves in person but my store's selection is so limited. I was just at the store on Friday. They didn't have many shawls (barely any) but I managed to pick up a 90 silk with the right 'spring mood'. I will definitely check out Graff but so hard to gauge when looking at a screen. Right now I'm drawn to Grand Tenue in green/purple CW and Monsieur et Madame in orange/red/black CW--don't quite go with rouge casaque though. Perhaps they can be #3 and #4. :p

Fabfashion, you can't go wrong with MetM in any CW IMO. I have two CWs and wear them all the time!

Help please. I love Le Jardin de Lelia, but am having trouble with the color ways. They are beautiful, but I look blah in them. Any thoughts what is the most "user friendly"? Cannot wear yellows, mustards, camel, greys (one of my favorite combo's of course)..........blues, and mauves work........

This is probably a silly question but is there a complete list of all the 140 gm CW's of Le Jardin? Thanks

bjostone, I too tried on all and every cws of J

Press button went too quickly... all and every cws of Jardins de Leila. No one worked for me. I looked drowned inside, as Chestnutty pointed out talking about some of her friends... Had I to choose one, I'd have gone for framboise/lie de vin. But I gave up. Didn't work on me at all. So it had to be a "no"...

congratulations! This looks gorgeous on u! Love the way u tie it!
Thank you! I've exercising the little self control that I have to not purchase more in this design... :graucho:

I agree--and I'm usually not a fan of pink!

I'm constantly in awe of just how pretty Leila is and you have tied this so beautifully mochaccino, I'm trying to figure out just how you did it!
When I first saw this design in tiny pic in the booklet I wasn't really interested--boy was I wrong! If I remember correctly you have 2 coming (or arrived already)? Please share! I think I tied this by first doing the standard cowboy, then passing one of the tails through the hood a la the weave knot. Does that make sense...?

If I remember correctly, there is a blue/green cw as well as the pink/wine cw shown here already. Maitai had the blue silk version here as seen in the FSH window display. Hope this helps a bit!
