Thank you!

For what is regarding my swift bags, I don't baby them very much but I still think that i can be considered a careful person, so I take care about them because I cherish them, but i don't get too paranoid. You also have to take into account that owning several bags means you rotate them, so it is not like if they were workhorses.

If it is a light color swift is going to be more fragile, just like any other leather, and this is also a point to keep in your mind if you are afraid that you will have to baby the bag.

Thanks for the advise :smile1: it was a bright blue electrique in swift. I have never seen a thread with a picture of that particular color in swift, only in croc and togo. My SA thought it would go well with my Blue belt in the same color :D
I guess some lucky lady grabbed at it in a jiffy.

My one of the most used bag for Fall_winter, the 28 bdp swift phw kelly.
I never have to baby her. it goes well with everything.
Here is a pic.

Swift is my favorite leather besides croc and ostrich
It is lightweight and color is amazing. It feels buttery and has an elegant shine and doesn't look like a regular boring leather, but dressier and more special. Thanks for allowing an Ode to Swift thread to happen.
How does the Swift hold up in terms of structure? What's the slouch factor? I'm between Epsom and Swift for a 30 cm candy color Birkin

In a 30, neither slouches, I have a 30 swift and it is luxurious and holds shape, I have a 35 in epsom and love it because of great structure for a 35 when compared with togo and clemence in 35 and lightweight. However, for a 30 you don't need benefits of epsom which are structure and lightweight. Swift is structured in the smaller 30 and is lightweight anyway just like epsom. In my opinion, swift in candy is more luxurious looking than epsom which looks a little like cardboard or plastic (don't get me wrong, I adore epsom anyway because of it's structure and lightweight factor). I'd go with swift! It looks richer and shines and is more rare, especially in the candy colors. Which color are you thinking of buying?

Thanks for the reply! I'm thinking I'm going to go with the Tosca. I know it sounds insane, but it would kind of be a neutral for me, in that it would go with most of the colors I wear. I do mostly darks - navy, black, graphite, eggplant, some berry colors. My sales associate plopped the book down in front of me, and after probably 75 minutes we finally decided on the pink/purple family and narrowed it down to Tosca. It seems really rich and saturated, but still something you could use all year. Have you seen it? I've only seen it in togo, which is much more powdery than the swift.
