i want to get a farandole 120cm necklace after seeing so many nice ladies wearing them. My SA have 1 in stock, BUT the price is much more expensive than in the US!!! normally the bags aren't. HK scarf prices and sterling prices are higher though. 120cm selling at HKD10100 and 160cm selling at HKD10700 (USD1381). In the US, 160cm selling at 1175 USD. there is a USD200 difference on the same item!

anyone can answer me if hermes.com website prices are the net price, no tax is applicable for their items? Please advice. thanks!

hermes.com price will add on any state sales tax if the delivery address is in a state which has a hermes shop.

so for example, if your delivery address is to Los Angeles, CA, then on top of the price, you will add $75 for delivery + LA county state sales tax of 9.25%.

but abt $80 USD cheaper if get in Hermes shop in the US

i've tried a new heavy very wide bracelet bangle today, don't know the name of it. it's pretty nice and sharp with abt 4 ovals and 1 Hermes horse shoe logo around. i was very shocked when the SA told me it costs HKD4xk (i.e. over 5k USD for a sterling bracelet)
