It’s my first time buying a bracelet with this type of closure, should these bracelets be a tight fit or loose?

I purchased mine in store so my SA helped size me. It can't be too tight that you can't get the toggle clasped but you don't want it too lose where the toggle could push and come undone. I can take a pic of mine to show you.
here's a pic! I can fit the width of one finger between my wrist and the toggle if that makes sense. I def have movement but it's not super loose.
So I purchased it in store today! I tried on both SH and ST, SH was perfect once put on, but was a bit difficult/painful to put on. ST was easier to put on, I could fit 2 fingers in the toggle/wrist area though, but decided to go with ST. Just hoping it doesn’t fall off since it’s a tiny bit big.
Just one question- do you get a silver certificate when purchasing in store? I ordered once online and it came with a certificate, but not in store today. Is that normal?

I've never received a certificate with any of my fine jewelry. Only booklets with my watches.
Oh maybe it’s not a certificate then, but I remember there’s like an extra book/paper with my other silver jewelry
I just checked, my silver item from online came with a “diamonds and precious metals certificate” in an envelope with serial number written on it. Do they typically not include this when purchasing silver in store?
This is the ST Farandole bracelet on me, I feel like it is a bit big on me, but the SH size I wasn’t able to put on myself and even when my SA put it on me it hurt a little bit when closing/clasping it. My main concern is that it will fall off when wearing because it is a bit big. Has anyone experienced any stretching with their silver bracelets?
Could I get some more thoughts on how it looks/fit please? Is there usually this much extra length and does it usually fall that far down the arm?

Are cleaning cloths usually included with silver purchases? I have 3 silver pieces and all didn’t come with any.

Yes, it does, however, they sometimes run out of it. Ask your SA and they should give you one if needed.
