Oh thank u dear!!! I really like both of them on you!
I do think the between the finger ring may look better on your middle finger since your middle finger and ring finger are more flush with each other.... did u try it on that finger?

Thanks for the pics Elina. The single stud looks great on you. I agree with IF, have you tried the dual stud on the other 2fingers? Let us know when you decide!

Got the dual stud :heart::heart:

Oh my! I can relive the days when a real safety pin was through my ear in a more grown up way! I'm all over it, midlife crisis be damned. :cool:
One of my pierced ears has a tendency to close up -- I think it heals, rather than scar over and leave an intact hole for the earring. It's been doing this for decades if I don't wear a post earring frequently enough. Derm just shrugs when I point it out, he won't re-pierce the ear.

I really need this safety pin earring as a self-help self-health measure. Like you say, dharma, mid-life is only a stage of mind!

Love it sooo much. I'm slowly accepting the fact that I wear and love it so much that I have a bajillion dings and scratches on it now. Oh well, I bought it to enjoy it so, its to be expected. I'm also playing with the idea of wearing with with other leather CDC with gold hardware as a huge stack. Anyone ever stack 2 CDC together?
All the time. My silver one is a size XL and the leather is a size L and so they fit and pair well together.

Thank you so much for your response, Pocketbook Pup....I really appreciate it. I just texted my SA to tell her I'll be returning it tomorrow. I'm so surprised it felt so heavy on me, as I find my farandole quite comfortable to wear.

I wanted to ask the owners of the chaine d'ancre GM necklace if they've found it too heavy to wear comfortably. I just bought one this morning. Have wanted one for ages, and tried it on in the store and decided to take the plunge. I took it home and had it on for 30 minutes, at which time I had to take it off and take an Advil! Literally a pain in the neck! Sadly, I think I'll have to return it tomorrow. Is the weight something one gets used to after wearing it for a period of time?
I used to regularly use the lat pull-down at the gym. I think what that does, besides strengthening the arms is to strengthen the neck. This may sound a little drastic to be able to wear a piece of jewelry. But at that time I used to make beaded necklaces with heavy artisan glass beads. (The bead store had these beads and so I used them). Now, I can't wear such heavy necklaces. (Fortunately the bead store no longer carries such tempting inventory). When I used the lat pulldown I also strengthened my wrists which eliminated carpel tunnel tendencies. Jus' sayin' . . .

Thanks very much for the suggestion eagle! Unfortunately, in spite of doing these kinds of exercises with my trainer for years now, I still can't wear heavy necklaces. But I really admire them on others. I just ordered my first H horn necklace, which will probably feel as light as a feather compared to the GM chaine d'ancre necklace!

I have admired the horn necklaces. I have a feeling they would look good with my lite brown hair color. Let us know what you think of the horn necklaces.
