I realised you gotta wear really snug fit for this model. I shifted it to the smallest and it’s so much more comfy to wear now as it almost doesn’t move and that the honeycomb won’t slide to the under-wrist.

Not sure about polishing service but you could ask them. I’m guessing they do. Update us too!

Just a quick update: I visited the boutique a while back and tried on two more BML rings (the thumb one is the first one I got last Dec; check those scratches out!!). Any prior anxieties I had were wiped away as soon as I saw how beautiful the light gets when they're reflected from the surfaces of these rings! Hahaha. I'll be coming back this week to pick a second one up, and then another one in a couple of months' time. Exciting!

My SA says they offer both a polishing and a shining service, which is good. But like Cartier says about the Love bracelet, Chaumet does not recommend getting these rings polished so often as that will heavily affect the look of the ring.

So happy there’s a Chaumet thread!! I’ve been admiring their pieces online but live in the US so had never been able to try on. I recently went to London and popped in to look at bands to go with my e-ring! I had a lot of fun with the manager and even tried on their Josephine e-ring with my e-ring for giggles

Thanks for the update from Chaumet. I personally won’t polish (away some gold) as yes I believe it will compromise the hard edges of the honeycomb. In my opinion, it will look terrible! And that’s the reason I also will never polish my cartier love bracelet.

Let’s embrace the scratches
