According to this site is the date of creation for Vacheron Constantine 1994 and for L'Echelle de Selene 1997.

I don't know what to think about the above site though! Perhaps handle with care?! I tried to get information about the site and who is behind the site, but couldn't find anything.
According to Carré d'art - Dictionnaire & cote des foulard Hermès by Genevieve Fontan, Arfon Maison d'Edition 2010 Vacheron Constantin was issued as a special edition in 2002.

I'm strictly reduced to archive photos as I am unexpectedly called away from home: no monkey-hunting for me at the moment.
Annie's use of texture rendered in colour is her artistic skill I love the most in the few designs that I own. Still waiting for Tapis Volant and others to appear on the European radar!
