FYI, I ordered a Clouds Keepall 50 last week on LC.com US and received it this week. It is gorgeous and in perfect condition!

The strap for the soft trunk wallet is seeing an incredible amount of wear and tear over a very limited number of uses. This is obviously caused by the strap being forced to rub directly against a metal ring. Poor design choice in my opinion - wonder if the local store will be able to do anything about it. May want to hunt for a strap that is metal on both ends instead...

go to the store and ask them to replace the strap from repair system. The strap will be arrived in new version, like both ends are with the d rings and lock rings. I did that. good luck !
Brought down the bag to my SA today and he said he's checking to initiate a repair or to order a replacement strap, more likely the latter. Turns out the newer soft trunk wallets already are d rings on both ends of the strap so I gather they knew it was a design flaw which hopefully they would rectify.
My SA has updated that a new strap has been ordered for me. Thanks to TPF I've "rescued" the soft trunk wallet!

Collected the new strap but didn’t realise it had to be a one for one exchange. LOL. So will have to head down to the boutique again soon to hand over the old strap! Still a happy outcome heh. Thanks TPF for the "insider info"!

so late to this party but i have to say the clouds collection is beyond beautiful. i wonder if the pochette voyage would work converted to a shoulder bag the way the tp26 does. anyone tried that yet? would love to see pics if you have. just gorgeous pieces.
