I would keep the Coussin! I love carrying mine and i think it’s a beautiful style…
You have a very nice collection. The Coussin is a beautiful bag and looks good on you, but don't make the expensive mistake I've made several times and go for just looks over functionality. I've done that with Gucci, Prada and Dior bags that are pretty to look at, but not terribly practical and spend a lot of time in the closet. It's a tough decision, but you know your needs best. The good thing about LV monogram is that it's durable and can take abuse. I think the Coussin would be much easier to scrape or scratch and show marks/dirt. I have a Prada black nylon crossbody that has become my go to bag and it is very durable so far. Is yours big enough to carry what you need? I don't have young kids, so I can get away with smaller bags these days.
I carry a diaper bag for him these I use by myself or if we’re running to the store I leave the diaper bag in the car and carry my purse. On weekends when the whole family is going out I just take the diaper bag and will just use like a lululemon fanny
You just feel guilty for having so many bags but don’t actually need to get rid of any right? They all looked great and it will be a shame to sell them off now only for your kids to grow up and be rid of the diaper bag. Then you might be scrambling to find your lost loves because you sold them off. I read many people having second thoughts after selling off their bags. Your kids will not be needing the diaper bags in a few years. I say hang on to all your loves now!!
First off congrats on the little one. I also have a 4 month old! I would keep the coussin. It’s so lovely and I love how it’s casual chic. I know right now it’s hard to use handbags (I bought an enpreinte NF in Jan. yet to use it) but with this crossbody style. I feel like you could get away with having a diaper bag backpack and putting your personal stuff in the coussin. Either way, keep it and enjoy it. You deserve it!

No I need to let go of something I usually like to cover majority of the cost by selling other things. Maybe I’m still in return window of Prada and should return that one since having the mpa
Sounds like you got a plan! Out with Prada and welcome Coussin with MPA, you should keep the PM too. These 3 items hold their value well.
Personally I like the “MPA look” over the “Prada look”. I don’t know how much they hold in comparison but MPA looks more edgy, more “athleisure” while Prada’s shape gives a more “mummyleisure” look when I see it.

As someone who just sold a couple bags to help with costs on a bag I wanted to add to my collection, I will tell you that I was surprised at the low prices I was offered on my existing bags. I don't know what your preferred selling method is, but I use Fashionphile and Yoogi's Closet. I don't want to mess with Ebay, but that's just me. In my case Fashionphile actually turned down my perfect and pristine bags. After looking on their site I discovered they have many of the ones I was selling. I think it was a case of oversaturation in those categories. It looks like a lot of people are selling bags and other luxury items currently. I bring this up because you might want to check first to see what you could get for your backpack. Also, if you think you might want to move on from the Coussin in the future, LV leather loses its value much faster than canvas. Just something to consider. Trust me, I have been burned!
My daughter-in-law has the Palm Springs PM and loves to pieces. My grandson just turned 3. She too has cut down on the things she needs to carry for him. I rarely see her carry a purse these days.

Yes, she uses it with him! They start requiring less and less as time literally flies by as you probably know.
He is potty trained now, so that of course makes a huge difference. Good luck with your decision!
